Governing the Machine: Anthropic’s AI Constitution is Under Fire. What Does It Tell Us About the Future of AI?

I have a new piece out today in CXO Tech Magazine that digs into one of the most important and underreported conversations in AI governance right now: what happens when the rules governing AI systems get challenged, debated, or outright rejected?

Anthropic built its “AI Constitution” as a framework for aligning Claude’s behavior with human values.
